bit better. There is so much chatter about conquering stress: “How to Stop Stressing”
and “Relieve Stress Now!” and “Why Suffer With Stress?” The fact is, we all have stress
in our lives, we always had some and we always will. Avoiding the things that stress you
out may not make them go away or make you feel any better. So instead of not stressing,
why not try the opposite? Just stress for a few minutes. Truly, try it. Really focus
on the things that are on your mind. If you spend some time intently focusing on the things
that have you all wound up, you’ll find it easier to let them go the rest of the day.
The key is to think about your problems rationally and really focus on what it is that’s bothering
you and the specific potential solutions. Then put them to bed until your next little
stress session. So remember: Allow yourself some time to stress. You’ll find that if
you give your stress a few minutes in the front of your mind, it will be a lot quieter
